To cancel a Cebu Pacific flight, follow these steps:
- Visit the Cebu Pacific Website:
- Go to their official website or use their mobile app. If you don’t have their app, you can download it in your iOS or Android.
- Login to your Account:
- Access your account using the booking reference number or your registered email.
- Manage Booking:
- Look for the “Manage Booking” tab and select your flight.
- Cancel the Flight:
- Choose the cancellation option and follow the prompts.
- Refund/Travel Fund:
- Depending on your ticket type, you may receive a refund or travel fund.
Here’s the Cebu Pacific cancellation policies:
• Flight cancellation more than 7 days before scheduled time of departure – When flight is cancelled more than 7 days before scheduled time of departure, whether attributable to Cebu Pacific or not, passengers will be given the following options:
• Rebooking for travel thirty (30) days, waived fare difference and any applicable penalty fees; or,
• Conversion to Travel Fund; or,
• Refund according to original form of payment.
• Flight cancellation of 24 hours or up to 7 days before scheduled time of departure, attributable to Cebu Pacific – When flight is cancelled at least 24 hours or up to 7 days before scheduled time of departure, passengers will be given the following options:
• Rebooking for travel within thirty (30) days, waived fare difference and any applicable penalty fees;
• Conversion to Travel Fund; or,
• Refund according to original form of payment.
• Flight cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled time of departure, attributable to Cebu Pacific – When flight is cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time of departure, passengers will be given a one-way Travel Voucher equivalent to the sector cancelled. They will also be provided the following options:
• Rebooking for travel thirty (30) days, waived fare difference and any applicable penalty fees;
• Conversion to Travel Fund; or,
• Refund according to original form of payment. In addition, passengers who are already in the airport at the time of cancellation may be provided with refreshments, meals, or a food voucher equivalent to such.
• Flight cancellation due to other causes – When flight is cancelled due to force majeure, safety and/or security reasons, passengers will be given the following options
• Rebooking for travel within thirty (30) days, waived fare difference and any applicable penalty fees;
• Conversion to Travel Fund or,
• Refund according to original form of payment.
